Economic Consultant Dr. Amr Saleh said that the late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed was a true lover of Egypt who supported it to face external and internal challenges especially after the 30 of June Revolution.
Dr. Saleh mentioned, during a phone conversation with the (Arab Affairs) program, that Sheikh Khalifa followed the steps of his father Sheikh Zayed in the development of the United Arab Emirates .
He added that during the reign of Sheikh Khalifa the UAE became a hub for tourism and investment, because of the development of infrastructure, transportation and communication as well as the encouraging atmosphere of business.
He finally declared that Sheikh Khalifa also was responsible for the beginning of the UAE nuclear programme, and building solar power plants .
