Dr. Ahmed Nour El-Deen, Researcher and Historian, said that linking recreational and cultural tourism will boost this vital sector and benefit the economy.
Dr. Nour El-Deen mentioned, during a phone conversation with the daily program (Breakfast Show) that linking recreational destinations in Hurghada and Sharm El -Sheikh to archaeological areas in Cairo and Luxor will stimulate international tourism.
Moreover, He added that opening new museums in cities such as Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada attracts more tourists who want to enjoy the beach destinations as well as the history and culture of Egypt.
He pointed out that opening grand museums such as the NEMC and the parade of the mummies that was transferred to it, helped as a propaganda for Egyptian tourism.
Further, he stressed that the long-awaited inauguration of the Grand Egyptian Museum will completely enhance the tourism sector.
He finally said that the return of Russian tourism will lead to a leap in the sector of tourism.
