Dr. Sayyed El Kholy, Former Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University, said that Egypt is on track to achieve higher growth despite recent global challenges.
Dr. Kholy mentioned, during an interview with (Money Means Business) program, that the whole world is suffering from the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian War, but our government has succeeded in alleviating its impact on the Egyptian economy.
He added that through good planning and many initiatives, the government has provided the markets with all the needed goods and crops, adding stands in big supermarkets for low price commodities.
He stressed that the European countries are suffering from the lack of crops and energy. And this crisis will increase more and more by the coming of the winter, he illustrated, yet Egypt has enough energy and gas resources to meet its needs.
Kholy finally pointed out that Egypt is successfully implementing its vision 2030 through developing its economy in all fields; Agricultural, Industrial and tourism, with developing the infrastructure and attracting more investment, as well as developing the society through good health and education and digitalization.
