Sports journalist Ali El Behairy said that Egypt’s football team's performance in the Olympics was good

Sports journalist Ali El Behairy said that Egypt’s football team's performance in the Olympics was good. The team played well against Argentina, though it did not win but it has another round with Australia. Though the team lost chances to achieve goals, its attitude and desire was good and it will gain points in the next match against Australia, he remarked.

Over the phone to (Cairo Local Time), he shed light on the Egyptian players in the Olympics. He believes that Egypt can achieve medals in Karate with our players Ali Essawy and Giana Farouk, in Shooting we have Azmy Mhelba, in Taekwondo our player Seif Essa, in Boxing there are Abdel Rahman Orabi and Youssry Rezq, in Roman Wrestling Mohamed El Mankoushy and Abdel Latif Maneia, in Modern Pentathlon we have Ahmad el Guindy.

He hailed our great national handball team as it is very strong and is a world champion which is qualified and will compete for the golden medal.

Behairy regretted that it is hard to get a medal in tennis table or swimming.
