Dr Talaat asserts Old Cairo real treasure of Egypt’s civilization

Head of the Islamic antiquities sector Osama Talaat hailed the inspection tour paid by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli in historical Cairo

In light of the state’s strenuous efforts to maintain historical sites in Cairo, Head of the Islamic antiquities sector Osama Talaat hailed the inspection tour paid by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli in historical Cairo in response to the directives of President Abdel Fattah e-Sisi to begin renovation projects in such sightseeing areas.

Over his voice on (Cairo Local Time), he asserted Egypt’s quantum strides in progress on all levels. Madbouli visited historic Qasaba of Radwan Bey located directly south of the Bab Zuweila gate and met with experts and the inhabitants to explain means of preserving and at the same time improving their landmark monumental places, he said.

Further, he underlined the prime minister’s promising words to the people in that regard in order to secure Egypt’s civilization through upgrading the urban contents of those areas and also to elevate their living standards.
