Dr. Hadhoud, said that the implementation of the Arab Africa Trade Bridges (AATB) program will highly increase Egypt’s exports to Africa.
Dr. Hadhoud mentioned, during an interview with the daily program (Breakfast Show), that the ministry of Trade and industry will start soon to implement the program that was launched by the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation.
Moreover, he added that the program will open new markets for Egyptian products in Africa which will be beneficial for both sides.
He pointed out that the main products which Egypt can export are fertilizers because most of the African countries need them to improve the agricultural sector.
Hadhoud declared that Egypt is also expected to export gas, oil and also many chemicals that exceed the need of the local market.
He finally stressed the importance of investing in Africa, giving examples of many other countries such as China, India and even Israel which are trying to open new markets for their products in it.
