Nermeen Roushdy, HR Consultant and Strategic Transformation Expert, stressed the uniqueness of Egypt’s preparations for Eid Al Adha “Feast of Sacrifice” which revives lovely spirits full of faith and rejoice among all Egyptians.
During an interview on (Breakfast Show), she referred to hospitality and familiarity of the Egyptians throughout history in all religious occasions which demonstrate love, tolerance, joy and peace.
Further, she declared that pilgrimage as the fifth pillar in Islam from one hand and its sublime values such as sacrifice, sharing and caring, and positive spirits of remarkable Day of Arafat for climax of hajj are the main features of the occasion which has a large social impact on people who all seek Allah’s forgiveness and blessings on that day.
Sheep Meat, Rice, red sauce and bread called “Fetta” is the common lovely and healthy meal on that occasion which even foreigners are fond of, she illustrated. In the same context, she added that Egyptian cuisine is full of preferable plates presenting many different occasions worldwide.
