Dr. Shahira El Gayyar, Human Development Expert, said that Human resources are one of the main pillars of development.
Dr. El Gayyar mentioned, during a phone conversation with the daily program (Breakfast Show), that the National Training Academy (NTA) was established with the aim of qualifying the youth for political, administrative and community work.
She added that the Academy provides training courses in managing and planning to enhance the skills and knowledge of the youth.
She pointed out that the meeting between the tribal Sheikhs of Sinai with officials in the Academy proves that the academy takes into consideration the unique culture and the importance of Sinai for the development and national security of Egypt.
She finally stressed that the National Training Academy enhances the potentials of our youth and helps in women empowerment.
