Islamic Researcher Saeid Kishk said that God sent Prophet Muhammad to be a mercy and blessing to humanity

Islamic Researcher Saeid Kishk said that God sent Prophet Muhammad to be a mercy and blessing to humanity, as mentioned in the Quran in Surah Al-Anbiya, verse 107: "We did not send you except as a mercy for the entire world".

Kishk mentioned, during an interview with (Nile Cruise) program, that many Non-Muslim thinkers,  philosophers and politicians were fair enough to express their praise for Prophet Muhammad's teachings and character.

He pointed that among them, India's leader Gandhi, who said that "it was not the sword that won a place for Islam but the simplicity of Prophet Muhammad, the scrupulous regard for his pledges, his intense devotion to his friends and his absolute trust in God and in his own mission."

He added that also Bernard Show, the famous British writer called Prophet Muhammad " the Saviour of Humanity" adding that if a man like him ruled the modern world, he could have solved all the problems of the world and bring the needed peace and happiness.

He finally hinted that the American author Michael Hart chose Prophet Muhammad to top the list of the world's most influential persons because he was "the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular level.
