Throughout ancient Egyptian history, Nile TV International presenter Deena Yunis shed light on one of the most obscure traditions of the ancient Egyptian pharaohs which is the magic and its importance in their lives.
During a new episode of “Tour in Egypt”, Yunis clarified that Egypt was known since the ancient times with magic, it was spread and it had an important power.
She said that magic was practiced amongst all levels of the ancient society, adding that magic was connected with the belief of the ancient Egyptians and their religious thinking that they considered it from the power and authority of the gods.
In the same context, she elucidated that magic in ancient Egypt was connected to medicine and healing, they mix medicine and magic together.
Moreover, she said that the priests in ancient Egypt were highly cultured and educated and excelled at many various sciences.
Furthermore, she asserted that in ancient Egypt magic was a science based on knowledge and books.
At the last part of the tour throughout ancient Egyptian history, Deena said that there are many religious mythologies that were written in the book of the dead that were connected with deities and magic among gods.
