Secretary General of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood Dr. Sahar El Sonbati shed light on the “Young Creative Award 2021” which was held under the patronage of the first woman, Mrs Entessar El Sisi.
Over the phone to (Cairo Local Time), she said that the goal and the strategic objective of the state are to build the person for training and encourage young people to create, read, write and innovate.
She hailed the Minister of Culture Dr. Enas Abdel Dayem who toils to achieve the adoption of this award as it marks the great achievement of the new Egyptian state. The dream became a reality which shows the keenness of the Egyptian leadership to discover and encourage young talents. This is related to the strategic objective of the state, he reassured.
Dr. Sonbati stated that the constitutional text grants the right of culture to every citizen as well as it guarantees freedom of creativity.
