In a Phone call from the United States with (Exclusive with Taghreed Hussein), Nubani mentioned that many people in the globe now are losing sense of joy and laughter because of the COVID-19 pandemic, believing that happiness is not one day effect but it is a mindset and attitude that we choose to really focus and direct our attention to by choosing one positive thought over the other.
She believed that when people can relate and connect to a better self-concept and understand the unified energy to reach their best potentiality, they are able to tap into their skills.
Being positive, she stressed, does not mean not to be realistic, it means including challenging situations with all scenarios available. You can continue to be a problem solver and not stuck in the problem itself and by developing such patterns it becomes your way of thinking.
“This too shall pass”, Dr. Sofie said, pointing out that this is the way to overcome stress and challenges. Nothing is permanent in life either good or bad, she illustrated, adding that understanding and accepting that makes us more open and able to adapt.
Nubani mentioned that by tapping on different parts of your body; head, hand and neck, you activate certain energy that will distract time of anxiety and stress suggesting yoga, walking, talking and journalism as other ways to relieve stress.
The life coach conveyed that when we are creative we feel productive. Creativity is a process that starts with interest and goes to incubation and illumination, verification and application, she said, asserting that thinking with creativity is a natural ability but you can develop this skill by understanding and learning more about it.
