Shedding light on Siwa House Museum, Deena Yunis highlighted traditional aspects of the Siwan life and the most beautiful oasis in Egypt.
In a new segment of (Breakfast Show), Deena Yunis said that the Siwan museum’s name is the House of Siwa, an expressive name that describes the building in Siwa as a primary prototype.
She clarified that the constructional engineering of the ancient Siwan houses’ style is called the Kerchief style. She elucidated that the old houses of Siwa rose up to seven or eight levels.
In the same context pertaining to the lifestyle of the Siwan people, she said that marriage in Siwa is considered the most important festival for the Siwan people.
Moreover, she said that the marriage occasion is highly respected by the traditions and has a lot of rituals performed that reach for seven days.
She added that in the seven days of the wedding festivals, the Siwan bride has to wear seven dresses in different colors of the Siwan style.
