El Kamash: "El Rahmoun" guarantees decent life for needy

Founder of EL Rahmoun Initiative Sherihan El Kamash acknowledged her great pleasure that she works with people and families in need especially during the corona time where her team tries to help and support people. Her initiative EL Rahmoun is a charity group which organizes events to help everyone in need, she said.

Over the phone to (Cairo Local Time), she shed light on the most needy areas in Egypt. Together with civil society organizations, they work on the families around them, villages and urban areas outside Cairo to know that they are not forgotten and are cared about, thus the initiative makes a difference.

She added that they provide assistance and donations in areas that need help. They make a research, talk to the people there to know their needs whether medical services or education and even culture activities, draw plans and then offer provisions.

El Kamash stated that her priorities are the lower income families who have to live a decent life, thus, medical services come first, then education services, and culture. The needs of people in rural villages differ from urban areas as services should be delivered to rural areas people, while city life doesn’t need that. The team had also worked very hard and made big efforts to help workers who lost their daily jobs due to the current conditions.

El-Kamash leads a group of about 100 young men and women between the ages of 15-45 years, with different social and cultural backgrounds, but they are united by the love of goodness and charity.
