Ambassador Ayoub Mohamed Ayoub shed light on celebrating Labour Day honour in Egypt where the president himself congratulated the workers and rewarded them as they had done a lot for their country whether the Suez Canal, the High Dam, the New Capital and many mega projects.
Over the phone to (Breakfast Show), he said that the Egyptian worker is the backbone of the economy by his achievement and development starting from building the pyramids, passing by digging the Suez Canal until today in developing the new Egypt.
He added that laborers know that what they are doing is coming back to them in the form of better wages and better living conditions. Everybody remembers all the relentless efforts exerted by them for their contributions in the progress of their country, the ambassador asserted.
He stated that despite the Covid-19, they succeeded in doing their best skillfully and achieved higher productivity in all branches of the economy. Yet he stressed the importance of focusing on work and not wasting any time and doing our best so that we can have a better future for ourselves and for the new generations.
