Dr. Maha Mahgoub, founder of a training and consultancy firm, certified international trainer and consultant to UN organizations, shed light on the importance for anyone
During an interview with Nile TV’s program “Story of Success”, Dr. Mahgoub clarified that her success is inscribed in a book titled “The Rise Of The Arab Woman” that was written within 35 Arab businesswoman pioneering in business and small projects management. The book was published in more than 25 countries.
As an international accredited coach or trainer by the International Labor Organization, she was proud of the award of the best work plan with the ministry of telecommunications, adding she also worked at the immigration agency and the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund.
Dr. Maha highlighted that her PHD was in Human Resources and business administration although she is a graduate of the faculty of Arts, psychology major, then she made a career shift as she found it her turning point to create her own business in education and training realm.
In that regard, she designed Human Resources manual as such to be applied in 100 factories across Egypt. She also hailed one of the most important projects she participated in for International Organization for Migration concerning labor rights.
She also touched upon her studies in Cairo University of Commerce and Ein Shams University where she got DBA in Business Administration. Out of her responsibility as a trainer, she contributed in enlightening people through training courses about startups and in urging to have spirit of competitiveness and efficiency.
Finally, she concluded that during her journey she overcame all difficulties, holding out hope of realizing more and more successes.
